1. 48-Hour Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Replacement

Because electronic vapes, pod systems, and disposable devices are personal wellness consumables, opened devices cannot be returned for buyer's remorse. However, if your device is defective out-of-the-box (Dead-on-Arrival, auto-firing, non-charging battery, or factory leakage), we provide an instant free replacement within 48 hours of delivery anywhere in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon.

2. How to Claim DOA Replacement on WhatsApp

1. Record a brief 5-second video demonstrating the defect (e.g., puff indicator light failing, device not firing upon draw, or charging failure).
2. Send the video along with your order ID or phone number to our WhatsApp support at +91 98765 43210.
3. Our Delhi NCR technical team verifies the defect within 30 minutes and dispatches a fresh sealed replacement via express rider.

3. 7-Day Unopened & Sealed Returns

If you purchased an incorrect flavor, puff count, or pod kit model and the outer manufacturer security shrink-wrap and scratch-off verification code remain completely unbroken and intact, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Return courier pickup is arranged across all Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon pincodes.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Subjective flavor preferences or taste changes after the device has been unsealed and puffed.
• Physical damage, water exposure, burnt coils caused by dry hits, or improper charging using high-wattage fast chargers.
• Normal battery degradation after the initial 48-hour testing window.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

For approved returns of sealed products, refunds are credited back via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or original bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the sealed unit.
